We're growing
Proof of Talent is hiring for it's second full-time employee. We're seeking an experienced technical recruiter, with strong interest in the crypto industry.
This is a full-time, salaried position with commission and equity.
So what exactly are we looking for?
- +2 years of experience in technical recruiting, with preference for work at an agency
- Proven track record of exceeding recruiting metrics and placement goals
- Skill in guiding candidates through an interview process, from the first conversation to offer acceptance
- Strong interest in Bitcoin, cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
- Focus on high-output and producing results for candidates
- Desire to build a company from the ground up
This is a remote position, although our preference is for someone in the New York City or San Francisco area.
