A global fintech company with over 5 million registered users is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support their growing user base in the United States. In this role, you’ll be the first Customer Service Rep in the US, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager.
This is a full-time role that is currently remote during the COVID-19 situation, however, you’ll need to be located in NYC to work out of company HQ once in-office work resumes. This role comes with full benefits, health insurance, 401k match, etc.
